Lauren, a native of Greenville, worked in the fast-paced banking industry when she began contemplating the perfect spa - a place where the ultimate experiences were simple and easy to attain.

After consulting with international experts at the top of the spa industry and with a group of high-profile investors behind her, Lauren unveiled the results of her dream.

And the dream is still evolving; River Falls is adding new adventures that exemplify its commitment to ensuring guests a life-changing experience in luxurious surroundings.

These new features reinforce the passion and energy that Lauren has poured into creating a retreat devoted to health and wellness that is without equal.


Kathy Gerwig, Spa Coordinator

As a Human Resource Manager and Event Planner for 25 years, Kathy is our chief event planner for all of our group events. Each event is planned to be a celebration for that special occasion in your life – whether a wedding, welcoming a newborn, birthday, anniversary or just friends getting together. The spa team and Kathy work to make sure every member of your group receives special individual attention, which makes the whole celebration a success in relaxation.

Kathy brings a solid base of client relations knowledge with her to the Spa. Her main focus for River Falls Spa is to make sure that each client has a wonderful, relaxing experience.
Susan Beam, Spa Coordinator

A native of Alabama, Susan has been privy to the growth and prosperity of Greenville for almost 30 years. As an instructor and life skills coach, Susan fell in love with the concept of helping people achieve their personal goals as well as helping them be the best – both inside and out – a passion which has stayed with her throughout several career paths and opportunities.

This is a valuable gift for both our team and our clients. The energy and positive environment of River Falls Spa has led Susan back to where she started and she is now excited to call River Falls Spa, “home.”
